Daily Motivation

Ask me anything!   Submit   I'm a 20 year old from New York and I recently started keeping a closer eye on what I'm eating. A recent visit to my doctor showed that as a result of my heritage, I am sodium intolerant and high blood pressure, weight gain, and even diabetes could develop if I'm not careful.

Do exercises which you enjoy and keep you motivated! For me, that's competitive swimming and running. One goal is to also include yoga in the mix.

I'm designing this blog to keep both myself and others motivated to not only begin leading healthy lives, but to continue and make healthy living a lifestyle!

If you were looking for motivation, I am just one of many people going through the same thing as you. The going may be slow, but it's your life! Now is the time to stop saying "tomorrow" and begin getting on track TODAY. It's all up to you.

Wanna know what’s worse, though?
Never even knowing what it feels like to begin with.
“Pain is weakness leaving the body.” Grow to love the burn! It’s the only way you’ll begin to move forward toward your goal. Remember the payoff that follows the work.
And of course, don’t forget to stretch! :)
