Nothing tastes as good as HEALTHY feels! Before you endeavor to become bulimic, anorexic, or go for some other type of eating disorder, remember that attaining a "healthy level of skinny" will last much longer than any starvation process will.
Trying to let starvation do the work for you GUARANTEES FAILURE. Sorry, but that’s the cold hard truth. You want results? WORK FOR THEM. Want to be skinny, healthy, and toned? Be SMART about it!
